PPAET provides infant and early-childhood screenings and reports to assist in detecting signs of developmental or psychological concerns at an early stage, allowing for timely interventions and support.

At PPAET, we are dedicated to serving and advocating for special populations, particularly individuals with intellectual disabilities and children who are at-risk. Our team is committed to advancing the field of psychology through our specialized focus and expertise in this area.

Clinical Director, Lisa Martin, PhD

Lisa Martin, PhD, is a clinical psychologist licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Virginia. She has an extensive history providing assessments and services to adults with developmental disabilities and at-risk children. Dr. Martin oversees PPAET's programs and works collaboratively with other psychologists and providers in the organization.
